Parking support volunteers will be stationed in key parking areas to greet guests and help guide them toward check-in and ticketing during major events. Volunteers are NOT responsible for parking vehicles, but for providing friendly direction and ensuring guests know where to go during our Twilight on the Terrace events. They are often the first point of contact for guests, so a friendly and helpful attitude is essential!
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide basic information and directions to event attendees (entrances, exits, accessible parking, etc.)
· Comfortable standing and working outdoors for extended periods
· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
What to Wear/Bring: Comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions, closed toed shoes, sunscreen, hat, etc. High-visibility vest will be provided
Brief orientation provided before the event and on-site supervisor will be available for assistance
