Can you spend some time this summer to get friends, coworkers and family to purchase socks for Sussex children in need? We want these students to start school with new socks to go with the shoes we provide. You can help Shoes That Fit give them the right start to their school year this Fall!
We need volunteers who would like to run a sock drive for students in need. You can use your circle of influence-coworkers, church members, students, and community groups to participate in your sock drive to provide new socks for at-risk students (homeless, low-income, foster) in Sussex County. You can drop off the socks with our volunteer coordinator, and we will distribute to schools with students in need. We provide these students with new brand name sneakers but want to also gift them with new socks to wear!! This is across all of Sussex County including below zip codes
