YWCA Delaware Sexual Assault Response Center

The Sexual Assault Response Center (SARC) is committed to providing healing, hope, and empowerment to individuals whose lives have been impacted by sexual violence, domestic violence, or human trafficking. Our comprehensive, trauma-informed services are available throughout the state of Delaware for survivors aged 12 and older. 

We offer a variety of free and confidential services, such as a 24/7 helpline, medical and legal accompaniments, referral to resources, aftercare follow-up, and individual and group counseling.
