Nurses & Neighbors is a Delaware-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit of nurses and community members who work together to support the health and well-being of our neighborhoods.
What We Do
What we do
Our work reflects what neighbors ask for and what nurses observe in the community. Examples include:
Sharing health information with neighborhood groups
Assisting at community vaccination clinic
Supporting caregiving, chronic disease prevention, mobility, and transportation access through nurse-led efforts
Collaborating with local and national partners to fill gaps in community health
