What We Do
Our mission is to enable Delaware's families and residents to thrive, through timely wellness, educational and community supports and building collaborations to connect underserved community with local resources and service providers with a special focus on the Hispanic & Latino community in a culturally appropriate way, thus fostering an environment of inclusion and prosperity in Delaware.
