Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)

ESGR is a Department of Defense organization with a mission to gain and maintain civilian employer support for the Guard and Reserve service by recognizing outstanding employer support, increasing awareness of the law and resolving conflicts through mediation. We need volunteers in both the government and civilian workplace to continue our mission. As liaisons we meet with military personnel and their civilian employers to provide all the information they need to ensure that during both peacetime and war, there is unconditional support on both sides.
