What We Do
The Mission of The Delaware Regional Dream Center
is to provide community Outreach to individuals by
coordinating services and/or referrals that fulfill life's
basic necessities. We motivate those individuals to achieve
a more fulfilled standard of living. We create, develop and sustain
programs to address our communities needs.
