Contact LifeLine's Vision: Contact Lifeline is recognized as the preeminent provider of the helpline services in Delaware serving as a catalyst for the personal growth of clients and volunteers through direct services and prevention/education programs. Contact LifeLine's Mission: The mission of Contact LifeLine is to provide the highest quality telephone counseling, crisis intervention, information and referral, education and prevention services for persons in crisis and for persons in need of listening services. Our services are provided by professionally trained and supervised volunteers who respond anonymously and confidentially to human needs 24 hours a day. We listen to the community's concerns and respond with programmatic initiatives that are compatible with our mission.
