Kent County TRIAD is a partnership of each police department, the State Police, the Attorney General's Office and Retired and Senior Volunteer Program. This program is designed to mobilize community resources to identify needs and concerns of seniors and the services that can provide the resources. The ulitamte goal is to help Seniors prevent becoming a victim of crime through education and assistance.
