Hope on Deck Inc.

Hope on Deck is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Delaware dedicated to serving individuals and families impacted by addiction, mental health challenges, homelessness, and poverty. Through in-kind donations, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives, we provide essential resources, recovery support, and programs like the Empty Shoe Project, Care Kits for those entering treatment, and holiday blessings for children.At our core, we exist to restore dignity, reduce stigma, and remind people that hope is always within reach.

Hope on Deck is an all-volunteer nonprofit serving individuals and families impacted by addiction, mental health challenges, homelessness, and financial hardship. We primarily operate through in-kind donations, redistributing thousands of essential items directly back into the community each year.

We provide Hope on Deck Care Kits to individuals entering treatment and recovery, host the annual Empty Shoe Project to honor lives lost and reduce stigma, conduct quarterly homeless outreach, and run Hope on Deck Christmas Blessings to support children in need. Through Earl’s Legacy Resource Center, we connect individuals and families to critical resources, partnerships, and support services.

Everything we do is centered on restoring dignity, offering practical help, and making sure no one feels alone in their struggle.
